DATA COLLECTION

1. I confirm that all details that I have provided the website www.swancentive.com are true and correct.
2. I confirm that all the following E-Learning modules will be at 100% completion by 1st September 2019

     Power Bracelet
3. I agree that all entries I make on the website www.swancentive.com are in line with the incentive mechanics and associated guidelines
4. I confirm that this account has not been created on behalf of another person

ELIGIBILITY

5. I understand that all winning transactions will be checked for authenticity
6. I understand that it is a requirement that all incentive receipts must be confirmed by my Store Manager before I enter my sales onto the website www.swancentive.com
7. I understand that team members must remain employed with Swarovski through the incentive period.
8. Transactions containing Swarovski Club vouchers will qualify in the incentive
9. Items placed on Layby do NOT qualify for the incentive
10. Entries onto www.swancentive.com can be made via a team members’ personal mobile devices. This should not be done on the shop floor or during rostered shift hours.
11. Entries onto www.swancentive.com can be made on the desktop version of the app on the Store Manager laptop in the backroom.
12. Entries must be entered onto the app before 8am the day after the transaction was completed
13. Transactions that do not adhere to the below requirements will not be counted:
    1. Is outside of the Incentive period of 08/08/2019 – 01/09/2019
    2. The provided deadlines were not met
    3. The team member has not completed the required E-Learning module/s
    4. Any information pertaining to the entry is incorrectly entered
    5. The transaction was processed by another team member

REWARDS

13. SWANCETIVE Rewards will be awarded in the form of $100 VISA Gift Cards and will be sent to the home stores of the winners at the completion of the incentive. These cannot be redeemed for cash.
14. Final awarding values are subject to an error reporting check if required

GENERAL

15.        I understand that Swarovski Australia and New Zealand, at their discretion, may change and/or alter the terms and conditions of www.swancentive.com at any point throughout and after the close of the incentive period

16.         I understand that any dishonest behaviour will be treated as a Loss Prevention topic or breach of contract, and that disciplinary action may be taken.

17.         Swarovski reserves the right to withhold any awards from team members that have not demonstrated the values of Swarovski.

18.         Team members no longer in the employment of Swarovski at the time of gift card issuing will not be awarded.
