DATA COLLECTION

1. I confirm that all details that I have provided the website ww.swancentive.com are true and correct.

2. I confirm that I have completed the most recent E-learning Module at the time of registering on the website

3. I agree that all entries made on the website ww.swancentive.com are in line with the incentive mechanics and associated guidelines

ELIGIBLE TRANSACTIONS

4. I understand that only the specified SKUs for the incentive will be eligible.

5. I understand that it is a requirement that all incentive receipts are valid entries before I enter them onto the website ww.swancentive.com

6. I understand that an eligible transaction is based off a multiple unit, singular receipt only. Combined receipts or transactions are not eligible.

7. Items placed on Layby do NOT qualify for the incentive

8. Entries can be made via desktop or mobile devices. We strongly recommend that this should not be done on the shop floor or during rostered shift hours.

9. Entries must be entered onto the app no later than one week after the close of the incentive period, Sunday evening 21:00 AEST. Submissions after this time will not be considered for the incentive rewards.

REWARDS

10. SWANCETIVE Rewards will be delivered in the form of product, and Swarovski reserves the right to substitute reward product at any point throughout and after the close of the incentive period if and when required.

11. In understand that product rewarded cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

12. I understand that in order to qualify for the receipt of prizes, I will be required to submit duplicate copies of all receipts relating to qualifying transactions of eligible product, made during the incentive period.

GENERAL

13. I understand that Swarovski Australia, at their discretion, may change and/or alter the terms and conditions of ww.swancentive.com at any point throughout and after the close of the incentive period.

14. I understand that any dishonest or deliberately misleading behaviour may result in my entries into the incentive being deemed invalid, and that I may be excluded from participating in future Swarovski incentives.
